Join us on Monday evening, April 3rd for a visual text study on racial justice! You might be asking yourself, “what’s a visual text study?” Great question! Some of the most powerful commentaries about race in the US in the past ten years have been music videos, sketches, stand-up, and cartoons by artists of color. We will be watching and discussing different clips from Key & Peele, Beyonce’s Lemonade, the Boondocks, Maz Jobrani, Issa Rae’s Insecure, and more.

As always, heavy snacks will be served.
