Register here to join us. This is the third of three follow up sessions where the May 10 JCore presentation on JCUA starting a 501(c)4 sibling organization will be re-screened. There will then be time for continued discussion and question asking/answering. This session is on Zoom. If you attended the May 10 session but want to have further discussion with other JCUA members about the proposal and/or have questions for staff or members, feel free to join around 6:40 pm as we’ll spend the first ~40 min rescreening the presentation from the May 10 meeting for those who weren’t able to attend.
Please register here to join us. The goals of this training are to:
1) Unpack our social identities and how they position us in relation to power.
2) Engage with language and tools to support us in dismantling systems of racism & white supremacy. The training will be held in person on Sunday, July 10 from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm.
This training is put together by a multi-racial team of JCUA staff and leaders.
The training is developed for white people and JOCs who are looking to strengthen their skills to better combat racism in themselves, their work with JCUA, and throughout their lives.
Please note: this training is a prerequisite for our White Racial Justice Working Group as well as for the Intersections of Antisemitism and White Supremacy Training taking place in the fall/winter.
If you are interested in participating in this training, please fill out this RSVP form by Monday, June 20.
