Check out JCUA’s 2024 Annual Report
JCUA is more than just a community organization; we’re a vital part of Chicago’s ecosystem for social justice. We’re a space where Jews of all backgrounds and identities forge meaningful connections and stand in solidarity with our neighbors.
The year 2024 was one of significant milestones and new political realities for JCUA. We celebrated our 60th anniversary, welcomed new leadership, and took action on the most pressing issues facing our city and state — immigration, housing, safety, antisemitism, racial justice, and more.
JCUA’s success is a reflection of the dedication, compassion, and resilience that all of you — our members, staff, and partners — bring to our work.
We invite you to read our 2024 Annual Report and see how JCUA drives transformative change through our key strategies of Community Building, Education, and Action.
Following the election of Donald Trump in 2016, JCUA faced an unprecedented political moment. We rose to the occasion — organizing with determination and growing our base to 2,000 members. Today, with renewed threats to democracy and the safety of vulnerable communities, we are even more ready to respond.
Thank you for your continued support of JCUA. Let’s move forward together and ensure that Chicago and Illinois is a true home for all.
