Join teens from Mishkan Chicago, Anshe Emet, and Temple Sholom for an exciting and empowering workshop on Community Organizing! Through a Jewish lens, the session will cover key concepts like power and self-interest, and introduce tools for developing tactics and strategies used to win campaigns for justice. We will walk through a powerful past immigration justice campaign to see these concepts in action and reflect on how you can use these organizing principles to lead change in your own community. Kosher dinner will be provided.
