Restorative justice is a mindset rooted in values, relationships, respect and community problem-solving, as well as a set of practices to put this mindset into action. Through this training, we will explore how we can bring restorative practices into our JCUA community and use them to guide our work. The first half of the day will be an introduction to Restorative Justice, and the second half of the day will be new content about how to apply these learnings to our JCUA community – those who attended this training last year are welcome to join for all or just the second half of this training!
