Youth Organizing Caucus
JCUA’s dedicated space for teens and young adults.

JCUA’s Youth Organizing Caucus is a youth-led space where Jewish teens and young adults come together to build community, engage in political education, and take action on the issues that matter most.
This caucus emerged in the summer of 2020, when a group of young JCUA members organized around the Fair Tax campaign. Since then, the caucus has grown into a regularly meeting space for young people involved in JCUA’s work — whether through previous campaigns, Or Tzedek, or new engagement in organizing.
The Youth Organizing Caucus meets regularly to:
- Build community with other young Jewish organizers.
- Discuss current events and movement issues from a Jewish social justice lens.
- Take action on JCUA’s active grassroots campaigns in coalition with directly impacted communities.
The caucus is guided by JCUA’s youth liaisons, young leaders who are plugged into JCUA’s broader campaigns and help coordinate youth involvement in our intergenerational work. Through the caucus, young people have a direct voice and role in JCUA’s organizing efforts, ensuring that youth leadership is a key part of our movement for justice.
