Ometz Lev is JCUA’s affinity space for those of us who have faced financial or structural barriers to participation in Jewish communal or ritual life. We are committed to channeling our personal stake in housing and economic justice issues into a more just world for everyone and a more inclusive Jewish community.

Join us on Sunday October 1st from 11:30am-1:15pm in the sukkah of friends of Ometz Lev Shoshana Waskow and Michael Slater (THANK YOU FOR HOSTING!) to explore what our tradition teaches us about housing in/stability through our lived experience, a spiritual somatic exercise, and the rituals of Sukkot. Please bring a vegetarian dish to share if you are able.
