Judy Levey
Executive Director
Judy (she/her) has been JCUA’s Executive Director since 2012. She first joined the staff in 2009 to manage the Community Ventures Program. Building on JCUA’s vibrant history, Judy advanced the organization’s transformation to center a community organizing model in all of its work. She was formerly the Executive Director of the Homeless and Housing Coalition of Kentucky and prior to that spent seven years working for New York City’s Human Resources Administration.
